Candidates can reschedule or cancel the exam schedule by accessing the menu "My Account > My Reservation" or
"Scheduling > My Reservation".

    Remember !
    A candidate is required to pay the penalty under the scheduling policy if he/she reschedules or cancels
examination schedule.
    1) Change the testing Zone
          Changing the testing Zone is defined as cancellstion.
       Candidates must cancel all the exam schedules by accessing the menu "My Account > My Reservation" to
       change the testing Zone. Candidates are required to pay cancellation penalty to change it.
    2) Change the exam section, exam date or exam time on the same testing Zone.
          Candidates must cancel the exam schedule which he/she wants to change first by accessing the menu
          "My Account > My Reservation". And then candidates must make an additional new exam appointment by clicking
          the "Add Exam" button on the same menu. Candidates are required to pay cancellation penalty to change it.
          Candidates can cancel part or all of the exam schedules by accessing the menu "My Account > My Reservation"
       to change the testing Zone. Candidates are required to pay cancellation penalty to change it.
    1) Scheduling Penalty
          Once you made a reservation for your weekend exams, you are required to pay the penalty for your
       cancellation. The penalty amount is calculated based on date and section. Therefore, it is critical for you to make
       exam schedule carefully.

         A : 0~4 days before the date of your schedule.
         B : 5~29 days before the date of your schedule.
         C : 30~60 days before the date of your schedule.
    2) NTS Rescheduling Fee
          Once your schedule is finalized by Prometric system, (in other words, once you have received scheduled e-mail
       from us), your NTS might be expired, if you cancel your exam(s) in the situation. Also, you are required to pay the
        NTS rescheduling fee to the Prometric to reschedule exams with the NTS.
       There are two cancellation options regarding your NTS.
          - Option One: "W", It means that you want to reschedule your exams with keeping your NTS.
          - Option Two: "D", It means that you want to relinquish your NTS at this time.
          In case you choose "W", you are required to pay the NTS rescheduling Fee to GCTC weekend scheduling
       system first, and then we will pay the NTS rescheduling Fee to the Prometric on behalf of you for your convenience.
        Remember !  There is no additional charge for this process to GCTC Weekend scheduling System.

         *48 Hours Rule
         It is prohibited for a candidate who eager to reschedule or cancel exam schedule fewer than 48 hours.
         Also, all related fees will be forfeited.
