To schedule your weekend examination through this web-site,
YOU MUST have

| You will be asked to choose your interest of exam jurisdiction in this step. |
|
 |
| Please review our policy regarding scheduling your exam and press agree button for the further processes. |

GCTC will show each window's zone in this section.
The one zone includes one Saturday and Sunday, for example June 16th and 17th, 2007 might be called one zone.
You are suggested to choose the zone first to make further reservation such as section and time.
Remember that you cannot make reservation on two or three different zone at the same time. |

In this step, you will be asked to choose your exam, type-in section ID, confirm your Guam surcharge payment,
and decide your exam date and time. Please type in your information in each category below.
For example, after you make all the decision for cell one, press confirm button to make reservation on more section(s).
If you don't have exam section ID on NTS or if you did not pay Guam Surcharge, you can not proceed further process.

In this step, you will be asked to confirm your personal information. Review all the information and decide to confirm.
If you have any information to modify, you need to do it on Join Membership menu. |

In this step, you will receive "Pre-Confirmation" e-mail from the system.
Receiving pre-confirmation e-mail means that you are half way through for scheduling your weekend examination.
The designated travel agency will contact you for your exam tour reservation.

In this step, you will make reservation on exam tour related to your weekend examination.
After receiving Pre-confirmation, The designated travel agency will contact you within 3 business days from
the pre-confirmed date for tour exam tour reservation.

Final Confirmation means that all of the reservation processes have been finished. The content will be automatically
sent to your e-mail. After the designated travel agency confirms your exam tour reservation, you will receive the final
confirmation sheet from the system.

'Scheduled Confirmation' means that a candidate's exam has been actually scheduled through the Prometric system.
It will be finalized about 2~4 weeks before your exact exam date. Like other confirmations, the Scheduled
Confirmation will also be e-mailed to your e-mail address. After this stage you are not allowed to make changes on
exam schedule by yourself. The important thing to consider is that if you cancel or reschedule your exam after this
confirmation, and in case you want to keep your NTS, you must pay NTS waiving fee for your reschedule under the
regulations of Prometric system.
