Scheduling Policy

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

If a user finally agrees to pay penalty, it will be considered as the user agrees
with the terms and conditions.

2. Personal Information

CPA-GUAM.COM only collects personal information in order to provide better
customized services. Personal information will not be released without the
user's agreement except when the user conducts unlawful and illegal acts. All
information provided by the user will be considered as true and accurate, and
providing false information may result in suspension of membership services
and lawful protection. User is responsible for providing up-to-date personal
information, and CPA-Guam.com is not liable for any damage caused by
user-provided personal information which is not updated.

3. Code of Conduct

The user must provide true and accurate information.
The user must agree not to be involved in any following behavior;
a. Using other user's ID and Password
b. Transmitting bulk e-mails or posting advertisement without having
permission from CPA-Guam.com
c. Collecting other users' personal information
If the user violates above agreements, the membership will be suspended
permanently.

4. Privacy

The user is responsible for any result caused by the misuse of the ID and
Password. The user must report to CPA-Guam.com when the ID and
Password is stolen, and CPA-Guam.com is not liable for any damage caused
by unreported stolen IDs. In any time, the user must log-out properly, and
CPA-Guam.com is not liable for any damage caused by improper log-out.

5. ID and Password

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the ID and
Password, and CPA-Guam.com is not liable for any damage caused by the
activities which occur under the user's account. The user must report to
CPA-Guam.com when the ID and Password is stolen.

6. Notifications

CPA-Guam.com may and will use the user's e-mail address as a communication mean.

Choosing an e-mail address is very important, because all of the information
will directly be sent to the e-mail that you have chosen for your ID. Therefore,
all the responsibility to receive our notice including misspelling regarding your
scheduling information is on you.

7. Discontinue of Service

CPA-Guam.com may change the terms and conditions without any prior
notice and the updated terms and conditions will be effective as it is posted on
main screen of the website or notified in other communicative methods. If the
user does not agree with the terms and conditions, he/she may cancel the
membership, but silence infers consent. CPA-Guam.com may stop or change
the service due to inevitable incidents, and CPA-Guam.com is not responsible
for any damage caused by following incidents;
   a. CPA-Guam.com may temporally suspend the services due to
   technical/mechanical problems of equipments or internet connections.
   CPA-Guam.com may completely close the business or change to provide
   new services only if Guam Tourist Bureau approves.
   b. When there is an incident which CPA-Guam should suspend its
   services temporarily, CPA-Guam.com must notify to all users at least
   1 week prior to the temporary suspension of its services.
   CPA-Guam.com is not liable for any damage caused by missing the notification
   by user's carelessness. The notification period may be shortened or even
   omitted due to inevitability.
   c. CPA-Guam.com is not liable for providing unstable services caused by
   an act of God or similar inevitable incidents.

8. Advertisement.

All users are considered as they agree with the publication of any advertisement
permitted by CPA-Guam.com.

9. Rules and Regulations

* Any other rules and regulations which are not specified in this terms and
conditions are in compliance with the electronics and telecommunications act,
telecommunications business act and other related regulations pronounced by
telecommunications regulatory body.

* All the candidates who use our site to make a weekend AICPA exam
reservation is required to make their travel reservation through our
systematically joined tour providers in each country. Agreeing to our policy
means that you are agreeing to use the travel providers for your exam travel
to Guam. Again, cpa-guam.com will let candidates' personal information
regarding scheduling travel to Guam. We will assume that the users are
agreeing to our policy.

* You are obligated for your own scheduling, which means that if you choose
your examination date and time by yourself, all the rescheduling and
canceling your scheduled situations are up to you. Therefore, you must read
all of our policies before you make decisions on examination schedules.

* All other regulations and policies regarding travel is not our boundary.
Therefore, you must double check the tour providers' regulation and policies
about the travel products. If you face serious situations mainly because of the
faults made by tour provider, we will try our best to resolve it, but it is the tour
provider's liability to take care of the travel section.

* If you make double examination reservation with using the same section ID,
all related liability is on you. For example, you make weekend examination
through cpa-guam.com and double schedule on weekdays schedule with the
same NTS section ID.

* Once your status is changed to Scheduled, you are responsible for your
both examination and travel schedule. Therefore, always make sure your
exact date and time of all of your reservations.

* If you have not received NTS when you make examination reservation
through our system, please remind that you will not be able to make
examination reservation.

* Our responsibility on your exam schedule is only up to examination
reservation, which means that if you could not take your scheduled
examination due to travel agency's mistake or travel related situation,
cpa-guam.com is not responsible for the situation.

* Once you have received pre-confirmation notice from this system, you must
make travel related reservation through our system's designated travel
agency only. It is due to security and operation reason of Guam center.

* After you have received pre-confirmation notice from us, the responsibility of
delaying your travel reservation within three days is up to you. In case that
you have disappeared or unable to be contacted you must let us know
through e-mail or phone call.

* You do not have any rights to reschedule or cancel your reserved data by
contacting Prometric system by yourself. We are under the regulations of
NASBA and GCTC, so you must reschedule or cancel your examination
related inform only through our system, which is cpa-guam.com.

* Remember that our system is specially designed by GCTC. Therefore, your
weekday's examination scheduling will be scheduled by Prometric system. So,
if you would like to take your examination both on weekdays and on weekend,
you must make both examination schedules in our system and Prometric
system.

* Due to the operational timing differences between your country and Guam,
you must understand that all of the regulations regarding the exact time of
request of cancellation or rescheduling will be governed by NASBA regulation
on the same issues.

* In case any candidate fails to take exams due to technical problems, the
candidate will be referred to Thomson Prometric Candidate Care for resolution.

10. Payment

    1) Scheduling Penalty
          Once you made a reservation for weekend exams, you are required to pay
       the penalty for your cancellation.
       The penalty amount is up to the date of cancellation on the exam section base.
       The prudent decision is needed when you make a reservation.

         A : 1~4 days before the date of your scheduled appointment.
         B : 5~29 days before the date of your scheduled appointment.
         C : 30~60 days before the date of your scheduled appointment.

    2) NTS Rescheduling Fee
          Your NTS will be expired, if you cancel your exam(s) after GCTC scheduled
       your exam schedule into the Prometric System.
       You are required to pay the NTS rescheduling fee to the Prometric to reschedule
       exams with your NTS.
        If your reservation status is "Scheduled", that means your exams were already
       scheduled to the Prometric system by GCTC,
       you will have cancellation options when you cancel your exam schedule
       in GCTC weekend scheduling system.
          - Option "W" : It means that you want to reschedule your exams with your NTS.
          - Option "D" : It means that you want to drop your NTS at this time.
          In case you choose "W", you are required to pay the NTS rescheduling
       Fee to GCTC weekend scheduling System first,
       and then we will pay the NTS rescheduling Fee to the Prometric on behalf of you for your convenience.
        Remember ! There is no additional charge for this process to GCTC Weekend scheduling System.

         A : 1~4 days before the time of your scheduled appointment.
         B : 5~29 days before the time of your scheduled appointment.
         C : 30~60 days before the time of your scheduled appointment.

*48 Hours Rule

It is prohibited for a candidate who eager to reschedule or cancel exam schedule fewer than 48 hours.
Also, all related fees will be forfeited.
