1. Once you visit the website. www.nasba.org, you will see the above main page.
    Under the EXAMS menu, click on CPA EXAM.
2. The next page is about choosing your interest of exam jurisdiction.
    In this page, choose your interest of exam jurisdiction.
3. Just after you have chosen your interest of exam jurisdiction, you will see the page as above.
    Please click on the Guam Surcharge button on the right side.
4. On the next page as below, you need to type-in your first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, mother's maiden name,
    jurisdiction, and each exam section ID on your NTS. After you input all the information, click on "Submit" button.
    Note that you must enter the same name as you have used for your NTS.
    Note that the order of date of birth is month / date / year.
    Note that if you are first time candidate, you can enter 'UNKNOWN' for the mother's maiden name section.
5. Once you have click on the "Submit" button, you will see the page as follows.
    On this page, please check your examination section ID once more and then check each exam you would like to take.
6. On the next page, you need to type-in your credit card information.
    Once you enter all the information, click on "Submit Payment" button.
    Note that you only can use VISA or Master for the credit card.
7. After you press "Submit Payment" button, you will see the Guam Test Center Confirmation page as follows.
    Please note that there is no confirmation e-mail regarding this information.
    Therefore, DO REMEMBER that you print-out this page and keep you confirmation number record with you.
