| You are required to bring the following three things on exam date as bellows |
1. NTS (Notice to Schedule)
2. Two Primary IDs or
3. One Primary ID & one Secondary ID

| 1. NTS (Notice to Schedule)
|
Your NTS contains an "examination section ID" that you will enter on the computer as a part of the log-in process.
You will not be admitted into the test center without the NTS and you will forfeit all examination fees for that section.

| Remember!!
|
| 1) Print NTS in full-size. You only need the first page of it.
|
| 2) NEVER cut NTS by yourself
|
| 3) DO NOT write anything on NTS, even on the back side of it.
|
|
|

| 2. Identifications
|
| You are required to bring two primary IDs or one primary ID and one secondary ID on your exam date.
|
|
|
| Remember!!
|
|
|
| The same name must appear on your NTS, identification (ID).
|
